350 Blocks

Don't you love that blogger rotates pictures for you whenever you DON'T ask it to?

These are my first 10 blocks for the 350 block challenge over at Prairie Moon Quilts.  Why 10 and not 7?  I intend to make 365, if I can, because it will be easier for me to track over the months if I do one for every day of the year beginning January 1.  It's a need for order thing.

I think you did better than me. Some of mine were very easy, almost felt like a copout! I wanted to do 365 my ownself, but I got a late start, and didn't want to feel behind before I took off, and even then I don't think there were still 350 days left in the year when I started, so we'll see what happens! Good job for you so far! You've inspired me to work a little harder this week -- I can't have everyone else outdoing me! Haha!

Maybe they're figuring that you might want to take off two weeks for vacation? But that's only 14 days - and 365 minus 14 is 351 - so they're still one short! But if you take your birthday off, too - that would make 350 - right? Call it time off for good behavior. ;))

August Block Count

I thought I wrote this, but it seems to be lost somewhere or I never wrote it at all… August was a quiet block month, with only 42 16-patch...
